Customer Pricing Model
Choose between prepaid and postpaid model for yourself and decide on pricing models for your customers:
In prepaid and postpaid models you can define pricing tiers for your customers, when you will charge less per report if customer buys/uses more reports. Just make sure that the customer will pay you more than you pay to iTraq Platform
Sales and Maps
To see the history where customer devices had been – just select time interval and click play on the map widget. It will give you the best view of what had been happening with the items your customer is tracking.
This view provides you with the most important information for any selected group of customers – sales to customer by device type and location of all customer devices.
Prepaid: customer buys a package with certain number of location reports and is reminded to pay again once these reports are about to be used
Postpaid: customer pays monthly based on the actual number of reports used
Monthly subscription: customer pays fixed price every month
Fixed number of reports: device comes with pre-defined number of reports. New reports cannot be repurchased
